Returns to Comazo
My ordered goods do not fit or I do not like them, what can I do?
Of course, you can return any item purchased in the comazo|protect online shop free of charge within 14 days anywhere in Germany. However, please make sure that the original labels remain on the product. In addition, for hygienic reasons, we ask you to wear your own underwear when trying on the product to avoid soiling during the fitting.
For a simple return, please proceed as follows:
- You can create your own return label via the following link: dhl.retourelabel-deutschland.de
- For a quick processing of the return within Germany, please fill out the return form in the package.
- Put the filled out return form into the package, along with the items you wish to return.
- Stick the enclosed return label on the outside of the package so that it is clearly visible. Within Germany, you can hand in the package at a DHL post office or parcel store using the return labels provided. You can find the nearest collection point at www.dhl.de/paketshops
Returns from Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg can be sent to a shipping company of your choice. Please send the return at your own expense to the following address: Comazo Herstellerverkauf Kolbermoor, Am Rotbachl 1, 83059 Kolbermoor, Germany.
What do I have to do if I want to exchange an item?
In the online shop, a direct exchange or a settlement against a replacement item is unfortunately technically not possible. Please return the item that does not fit or meet your expectations as described above. The goods desired in exchange must be ordered again.
How long does it take to get my money back if I make a return?
For payments processed via Paypal, you will receive, as soon as the return has been processed by us, a notification from Paypal about the credit on your personal Paypal account. For credit card payments, the amount will be credited to the credit card you used for payment. Please note that depending on the credit card institute, it can take up to 2 weeks until you got the money back. For all other payment methods, we instruct the chargeback as soon as possible after processing the return.

My return bill is not in the package, what now?
We are very sorry. Unfortunately, we made a mistake with your package, but we can solve that too. Here, you can create a new return label yourself: dhl.retourelabel-deutschland.de Our neighbors from Austria, Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg please send the package back to us at your own expense.
